Grant Gentzen grew up in
In 2004, Grant decided to turn his passion for golf into a profession. He enrolled into The San Diego Golf Academy, a dual purpose college focused on academics and playing performance. He won four tournaments while there and finished top five in eight others. Grant also was a volunteer for the Special Olympics golf team, First Tee, and Grand Strand Seniors. After two years he graduated with a degree in Golf Facilities Management and Operations and recieved his certification card in golf instruction.

While instructing these lessons, Grant, realized that many of the problems his clients had with their swings, directly correlated to their fitness levels and body capabilities. He then knew that a program was needed to help all of these people not only to better their golf games, but also their overall physical wellness. He returned to school full time at UMSL pursuing a second degree in Business Administration with a minor in Biology in hopes of attending Logan School of Chiropractic after graduation. He formed GolfWell with the Doctors of Delta Spinal Care to pursue his dream of improving the health and game of every golfer in the St. Louis area.
